| Amber has been a medical assistant at The Heart and Vascular Center for three years. She received her pharmacy technician license from Surry Community College and her certification as a Medical Assistant from Wytheville Community College. She works primarily in the Galax and Stuart offices, as well as the other offices when needed. Along with daily patient care, she also obtains prior authorizations for medications and radiological procedures. Amber is married. In her spare time, she enjoys riding four-wheelers, truck pulling, drag racing and spending time outdoors with her family, friends and animals. |

| Amanda has been an LPN for four years. She graduated from Surry Community College in 2005 as class president. She has two years experience in geriatric care. Amanda has been a cardio nurse for two years at The Heart and Vascular Center and loves it. She has a green Ninja 636 motorcycle that she rides in her free time with her boyfriend and friends. |

| Bobbie is a registered nurse graduating from Church Home and Hospital in 1970. She has worked in the hospital setting as well as in a cardiology office. She has an extensive background in ICU, CCU, telemetry, ER and stress testing. Bobbie has been married for thirty-nine years and has three children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies are gardening, fishing and boating. |

| Carol is a Certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Surry Community College in June 2007. She joined The Heart and Vascular Center in April of 2007. She has two children Colton and Emily. In her spare time, she attends Colton's JROTC Drill Meets and Emily's Junior Olympic and high school volleyball games. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and her dogs. |

She has enjoyed working with patients for the last six years, specializing in dialysis and cardiology. Dawn is married and has one son Michael who works as an assistant golf pro. | Liz has been part of the practice for eleven years. She started out as a lab technician and then transferred into the role of clinical research coordinator. In 2007 she completed her Associates Degree in nursing and is currently working on her Bachelors degree. She wears many hats from the Galax office manager to trial recruiting in all The Heart and Vascular Center offices. Liz and her husband Jason have two children, Isaac and Canaan. They enjoy church activities, playing baseball, and spending time with family. |

| Lisa has twelve years medical experience in Dialysis, Cardiology, Primary Care and as an ECP technician. She has been with The Heart and Heart and Vascular Center for four years. She graduated from Surry Community College as a CNA II. Recently married to Jimmy Cave, they have three sons, Andrew, Matthew and little Andrew. Lisa enjoys life. In her spare time she loves to travel, ride four-wheelers, and go camping. |

| Shannon has been with The Heart and Vascular Center for over four years. She began as a patient coordinator. In 2007 she received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Wytheville Community College. As a Registered Nurse at The Heart and Vascular Center she supervises nuclear stress test and daily patient care. Shannon is married and has one daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking. |

| Sharon joined The Heart and Vascular Center in November 2002. She received her Associates Degree as a Registered Nurse from Wytheville Community College. With fourteen years of nursing experience, she has a diverse background in med surg, telemetry, ICU, cardiology and nuclear stress testing. She is also an ECP technician. Sharon is married to husband Mark and has a fifteen year old daughter Marleigh and a twenty-two year old step daughter Channing. She has a three year old granddaughter, Isabella. In her spare time she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with family and pets. |

| Dawn is a registered cardiac sonographer graduating from the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Tampa, Florida. She has eight years of experience in the cardiology field. Dawn and her husband Rich have two beautiful children, Brianna and Ricky, and are expecting a baby girl in July 2009. Dawn enjoys horseback riding, the outdoors, and spending time with the family. |

| Jennifer graduated in May 2005 from Forsyth Technical Community College with an Associates Degree specializing in nuclear medicine technology. Jennifer enjoys talking with her patients and making them feel comfortable during their test. In her spare time she enjoys working with her American Bulldogs and competing in canine working events. She is an active member of the YMCA. |

| Lea Ann has worked in the medical field for thirteen years. She started her ultrasound training in 2001, and she passed her ultrasound registry in 2004. She is married and has one son, who is a student at VA Tech. Lea Ann loves to spend time with her family and enjoys watching basketball and football. She also likes to go camping with her family and friends. |

| Ron has been a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for fifteen years. He has obtained an A.A.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology as well as Electronics Engineering Technology. He is a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the North Carolina Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists. He is an accomplished musician and enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and playing the mandolin. He and his wife, Tonya make their home in Patrick County, VA. |

| Tracy graduated from Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute in May 2004 with an associate degree in Cardiovascular Sonography. Tracy started with the Heart & Vascular Center in 2004. She has returned to the Heart and Vascular Center after recently getting married to Robbie. She currently works in our Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy offices. She and Robbie live in Union Grove with their three lovable Blue Heelers Dixie, Sassy, and Josie. Tracy loves to ride their RZR side by side and enjoys summer nights at the creek. |

| Elma joined The Heart and Vascular Center in January, 2010. She moved to North Carolina from Richmond, Virginia were she was a student at John Tyler CC. Elma plans to further her education, and loves to spend time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading, shopping and watching movies. |

Before moving to North Carolina, Pat's background included twenty years experience as business office manager in nursing homes in Indiana and Missouri. Pat and her husband Mark have four children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys reading, being outside during the summer and yearly vacations with her family. |

| Aaron has over six years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He has an A.A.S in Information Systems with concentration on Network Administration. He is a multi-certified member of the Computing Technology Industry Association, as well as a certified network engineer. Aaron has worked with The Heart and Vascular Center for over two years maintaining their advanced Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management systems. He enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Lori, and their three dogs. |

| Lesa is the Operations Manager at The Heart and Vascular Center and is responsible for the running of the day to day operations for all of our offices. She is also a certified professional coder, and the HIPAA compliance and privacy officer. Lesa has been with The Heart and Vascular for ten years. She has been married to her husband Tyrone for twenty-five years and has two sons, Zack and Max. She enjoys boating with her family, shopping, collecting Longaberger baskets and playing with her two dogs, Doddles and Zoe. |

| Sheila is the Business Office Manager for the Heart and Vascular Center. The business office oversees the financial aspects of the practice including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, human resource duties, and physician credentialing. Sheila has eighteen years experience in the medical field and has been with The Heart and Vascular Center for nine years. She holds Associate Degrees in Accounting Technology and Business Administration. She is also a Certified Advanced Coding Specialist with a concentration in Cardiology. Sheila likes spending time with her fiance, Terry, and her two children, Courtney and Corey. Courtney is currently a sophomore at Wake Forest University and Corey, a sophomore at East Surry High School, is a black belt in karate. |
