| Behzad Taghizadeh, MD, FACC graduated from West Chester University in 1989. He received his medical degree from Saint George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies in 1995. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, and a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Albany Medical Center Hospital in 2002. He is married to Roya Tahmaseby and has a daughter named Kamand. He enjoys chess, riding bicycles, and cooking. |

| Charles W. Harris, Jr., MD, FACC graduated from Davidson College in 1988. He recieved his medical school degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1993. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Center in 1999. He is married to Kelly Wall Harris and has three children: Hannah, Caroline, and Walker. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family. |

| Dan Schwartz is a Florida Native, and graduated From the University of Florida in 1985 as a physician assistant. He also holds a Master's Degree in Health Science Education, as well as the Degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. After private practice for several years in cardiology, Mr. Schwartz was recruited back to the University of Florida to serve on the faculty of the College of Medicine, with teaching responsibilities in the Physician Assistant Program, and patient care activities in the Division of Cardiology/ Department of Medicine. Dan left this position to move to, and practice in Mount Airy in 1995. Mr. Schwartz is married and has three children. As an Ordained Minister, Dan is involved with various outreach ministries. |

| Kenneth Rhinehart, MD, FACC graduated from Washington University Medical School St. Louis, Missouri in 1978. He did his Internship at North Carolina Memorial Hospital Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 1980. He did his residency and Cardiology fellowship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC and graduated in 1985. He is married to Dr. Vickie Stovall and they have three children and one grandchild. He enjoys reading, sports, and music. |

| Paula Carter graduated from Jefferson College in Roanoke , VA with her BS in Physician Assistant. She is a native of Independence, VA and now resides in Galax. She enjoys spending time with her husband Dwight and their two sons, Tucker and Kale. Paula is a member of Cliffview Church of God where she teaches childrens church on Sunday nights and is a basketball coach for upward basketball. In her free time she enjoys canoeing and riding bicycles. |

| Tiffany Noel is a native of Winston-Salem, NC. She graduated from Howard University receiving a Bachelor of Science and Certificate in Physician Assistant in 2001. She is a devoted member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where she is involved in the health and youth ministries. In her spare time she enjoys sports of all kinds, but preferably tennis and basketball. She is married to Michael Noel. |

| Lindsey is a native of Lexington, NC where she resides with her husband and daughter. She graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a bachelor's in exercise physiology. After serving as an EMT for 2 years, Lindsey completed her master's at WFU's PA program in 2005. She enjoys competitive sports, scuba diving, traveling, outdoor activities, volunteering, and playing guitar. |

| Mike Davanzo is a New York native. He moved to North Carolina in 2000 to attend East Carolina University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and a Master of Arts degree in Exercise and Sport Science. In 2007, Mike moved to Winston-Salem, N.C. to obtain a Master of Medical Science degree and physician assistant training from Wake Forest School of Medicine. Mike enjoys reading, cooking, and competitive sports. He resides in Winston-Salem with his wife Lisa and yellow lab Ally. |
