| Dr. Behzad Taghizadeh, MD FACC graduated from West Chester University in 1989. He received his medical degree from Saint George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies in 1995. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, and a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Albany Medical Center Hospital in 2002. He is married to Roya Tahmaseby and has a daughter named Kamand. He enjoys chess, riding bicycles, and cooking. |

| Dr. Charles W. Harris, Jr, MD graduated from Davidson College in 1988. He recieved his medical school degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1993. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Wake Forest University/Baptist Medical Center in 1999. He is married to Kelly Wall Harris and has three children: Hannah, Caroline, and Walker. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family. |

| Dan Schwartz is a Florida Native, and graduated From the University of Florida in 1985 as a physician assistant. He also holds a Master's Degree in Health Science Education, as well as the Degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. After private practice for several years in cardiology, Mr. Schwartz was recruited back to the University of Florida to serve on the faculty of the College of Medicine, with teaching responsibilities in the Physician Assistant Program, and patient care activities in the Division of Cardiology/ Department of Medicine. Dan left this position to move to, and practice in Mount Airy in 1995. Mr. Schwartz is married and has 3 children. As an Ordained Pastor, Dan is a member at Firehouse Ministries in Mount Airy, and likes to spend the majority of his spare time with various outreach ministries. |

| Dr. Kelly Vandyke received her undergratuate degree in 1987 in Chemistry while specializing in Biochemistry. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA in 1991. Dr. Vandyke performed her Internship and Residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA in 1994. She enjoys riding horses, music, nature and spending time with her family. |

He did his residency and Cardiology fellowship at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC and graduated in 1985. He is married to Dr. Vickie Stovall and they have 3 children and 1 grandchild. He enjoys reading, sports, and music. |

| Paula graduated from Jefferson College in Roanoke , VA with her BS in Physician Assistant. She is a native of Independence, VA and now resides in Galax. She enjoys spending time with her husband Dwight and their two sons, Tucker and Kale. Paula is a member of Cliffview Church of God where she teaches childrens church on Sunday nights and is a basketball coach for upward basketball. In her free time Paula enjoys canoeing and riding bicycles. |

| Dr. Showkat Haji, MD received his medical degree from Government Medical College, Kashmir, India. He completed a General Cardiology fellowship and a fellowship in Heart Failure and Transplant from Tulane University, New Orleans in 2006. He completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Ochsner Medical Center in 2008. His special interests include peripheral interventions and heart failure. He is married to Saba Khayal, MD and has a daughter named Shereen and a son named Sahir. He enjoys golf and swimming. |

| Dr. Theodore A. Keith graduated from Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1967. He completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiology residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital in 1971. After serving 2 years in the US Air Force in Minot, ND he then went to the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School at Dallas for his Cardiology Fellowship which was completed in 1974. Dr. Keith has practiced Cardiology in Winston Salem since that time. He is married to Mary Jane and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys backpacking, climbing, skiing, biking, kayaking and playing with his grandchildren. |

| Tiffany Noel is a native of Winston-Salem, NC. She graduated from Howard University receiving a Bachelor of Science and Certificate in Physician Assistant in 2001. She is a devoted member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where she is involved in the health and youth ministries. In her spare time she enjoys sports of all kinds, but preferably tennis and basketball. She is married to Michael Noel. |
